Despite the decent rooms, the breakfast could be improved, yet the proximity to Victoria Memorial and Park Street adds value.
The hotel is located in the heart of the main city of Kolkata, surrounded by tasty street food but had a little altercation with the night manager at early hours. The rooms are smaller than expected but clean and well-maintained, equipped with a well-stocked mini-bar and unique standing clothes horse. The service is extremely polite and cordial, though I hope they strive for a 4-star level. Dining had limited offerings, and could be improved.
